Hamburg – Germany
Introduction
In Hamburg, SWITCH focused on improving planning with the river island of Wilhelmsburg as the focus area. Learning alliance activities brought together a broad range of stakeholders from the island in the development of a water management plan that raised the level of discussion on the islands future development. Unfortunately it was proved impossible to realize intended demonstration activities.
