Management Team

The Management Team (MT) is the primary executive body and is responsible for the operation and coordination of the Project. The MT reports its actions to the General Assembly. The MT integrates the activities of the following bodies and as such these bodies are answerable to the MT. The MT consists of the Scientific Director, the coordinators of the research themes, the chair of the Dissemination and Exploitation Committee, and the chair of the demonstration committee.

Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee (SC) has an important advisory role to the Management Team and (if requested) to the Management Board. Its focus is on the scientific activities of the SWITCH IP, and as such it is responsible for ensuring scientific focus and the scientific quality of all SWITCH research activities.

External Sounding Board

The External Sounding Board (ESB) consists of representatives of organizations outside the SWITCH Consortium. They represent the stakeholders and will advise the management team on request, especially concerning the external dissemination of results and the exploitation plan.
